Kitchen Tips

If you cook from recipes in cook books and are tired of the book closing on your page use tha clips from a pant/skirt hanger to hold the book open. To keep your pages clean put a piece of clear plastic over the page. Saran wrap will work in a pinch, but I manage to save packaging that will work better that is flat and clear. You can also laminate recipe cards to keep them washable and neat.
